During her military service, she was stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina with the 82nd Airborne Division. Sharelle likewise completed two tours in Afghanistan.

Rosaldo retired from the U.S. Army after serving for 13 years in 2019. While serving in the U.S. Army, she bought her first house in North Carolina. At that time, she became interested in real estate. One of the brokers suggested that she has a good career in the real estate industry, and recommended she pursue a career as a real estate agent. After completing her second Afghanistan tour, she relocated to MacDill Air Force Base Camp in Tampa, Florida. She had started exploring real estate during that time.
